The CyberBass Pledge

The CyberBass Project represents the efforts of one individual.  Despite the size and scope of this project I will endeavor to provide a high quality experience to the choral singer both in my free online offerings and the learning CDs that I offer for sale.

• CyberBass learning files are provided at no charge to the online user.

• CyberBass learning files are rendered as accurately as possible.

• CyberBass learning files emphasize the choral score and when possible, will include accompaniment.

• Errors that are reported will be corrected within as quickly as feasible.

• Learning CD content is an exact reproduction of the files presented on The CyberBass Project.

• Learning CDs will be shipped within 2 days of an order unless otherwise cited.

• If you are unsatisfied with your CyberBass Learning CD, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

• If a CD contains an error, the sequences will be corrected and a new CD will be provided free of charge.

Finally, CyberBass will continue to grow for as long as I can sustain it. In that it is not my full time avocation, the pace my seem slow, but it will be steady.  I hope that you will continue to find The CyberBass Project useful in the years to come.
