The CyberBass Project User Agreement

The online learning files produced by The CyberBass Project are provided free of charge to singers around the world.  No membership or usage fees are levied.  Websites are encouraged to link to CyberBass pages when it is in their organizations interest to do so.  In return for this liberal use policy, the user agrees to the following:

•   CyberBass pages will not be reproduced on another website.

•   CyberBass midi tracks will not be copied into another website. 

•   CyberBass Choral Learning CDs may be reproduced for personal use, but will not be reproduced for use by others.

•   An organization purchasing a full vocal set of CDs, may reproduce that set of CDs for members of the organization only for use in an upcoming concert.

CyberBass will continue to grow for as long as I can sustain it. In that it is not my full time avocation, the pace my seem slow, but it will be steady.  Any income that I derive from CyberBass compensates me for the thousands of hours that I have put into this project over the years.  Your cooperation in following these user agreements will help keep The CyberBass Project a vibrant choral community and perhaps, one day, will allow me to pursue the development of this website full time.  In the meantime, I hope that you will continue to find The CyberBass Project useful in the years to come.
